Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning your item.
Ship the Item: After receiving the RMA, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
